This February I'll be closing up shop and unplugging so that I can take part in a month-long silent meditation retreat. Though, just because I'm signing off doesn't mean you should stop meditating.
If you'd like, you too could meditate each day in February! One of my main teachers, Sharon Salzberg, is hosting her annual 28-day meditation challenge this February. Using her books, Real Happiness and Real Happiness at Work, participants will join together in an online community supporting one another in practice.
